The Office of Arts and Culture in partnership with the Department of Neighborhoods and SDOT is working with 10 Seattle neighborhoods, including Lake City, to distribute artistic signs throughout communities. Build Lake City Together is working to distribute about 70 signs along LCW, 125th, Little Brook Park, 30th and a handful of other locations around the neighborhood. The City chose 10 emerging artists of color to create three images each printed on yard signs. Hopefully you will see the signs scattered throughout the neighborhood with positive messages of solidarity and encouragement to stay safe.
