Neighborhood Street Fund Projects Update

From Department of Transportation

We’re writing with an update on the Neighborhood Street Fund projects below.

We’re happy to share we’ve completed design and expect to construct most projects this year. (A few projects were folded into larger projects so are on an earlier or later timeline.) Click the individual project pages below for the latest timeline and design.

Thank you to all who participated in the community prioritization process and provided feedback on initial project designs! If you’d like to stay updated about construction, please subscribe below.

Feel free to contact our team with questions.

Thank you!

What is the Neighborhood Street Fund?

The Neighborhood Street Fund is a City program, running on 3-year cycles, where community members can propose and help prioritize transportation-related projects in their neighborhood. Funding comes from the 2015 voter-approved, 9-year Levy to Move Seattle, which enhances safety for all travelers, maintains streets and bridges, and invests in reliable, affordable travel options for a growing city.

When will the next application period open?

The next cycle is planned for 2022-2024 and more information will be available in late 2021. Subscribe here to stay updated.
