1. Complete your www.wahealthplanfinder.org application with a Certified Health Navigator by phone or schedule an appointment at our center:

2. Learn if you qualify for tax credits/discount on your monthly premium.

3. Select plan and make binding payment by December 15th.

*If you or your household members qualify for Apple Health/Medicaid you can enroll at any time of the year. We can help you update and renew your application.
