Aleppo (2016, ~ 70 min)  is a collection of video reports about the city of Aleppo, about the current Syrian civil war and its many participant groups, about the humanitarian crises within Aleppo under siege, and about displacement and refugees fleeing the destruction of Syrian cities. The current Syrian civil war started in 2011 and has ballooned into a multidimensional war in which Syrian nationalist and rebels  wage war as do proxy forces from other nations and would-be nations. The geo-political interests of surrounding nations and some far afield and the religious interests of some nations and smaller groups all feed the destruction and chaos presently occurring in Aleppo, an ancient and historical city dating back to approximately 5000 B.C.  Learn more about the context of the war and
the inhumane conditions the suffering people of Aleppo presently endure.
