Plans for the Lake City Mini Park?

Explore the Possibilities

Join LCFF and supporters from the Congress for New Urbanism as we imagine and share ideas around the 125th lake city mini park

May 6th –  2-5 PM

Meet at the park space at 125th and Lake City Way – from there we will make our our way to the Mennonite Church for visioning, information and discussion.

Please RSVP to if you would like to participate

In our conversation we will hope to address: * How to put on an event in a Seattle Park / * Ideas around activation year round/ * Connect to people for partnership opportunities/ * The exploration of an information kiosk in the space

The 125th Street Park has great potential as a public plaza within our civic core. It’s prominence in our central business district and it’s high visibility to the thousands of commuters that pass by each day give Lake City a great opportunity to get people out of their cars and frequent our businesses.

LCFF will once again launch it’s Concerts in the Mini Park series on June 7, 2017. We plan for 10 performances in the space this year running into August. What else can the community do to make this a vibrant amenity?

With support from the Congress for New Urbanism we have the opportunity to explore the possibilities and empower each other to make a difference in the community.
