WA State Department of Children, Youth and Families COVID-19 Relief Grants for Child Care Providers (Application Deadline May 20, 2021)

All licensed child care providers ready and able to serve children are eligible to apply. To ensure a stable, functional and flexible child care system that supports providers and families during the COVID-19 pandemic, the WA State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is providing direct support to licensed child care providers to offset increased costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure child care services are available to families. Grants of $6,500 for eligible private pay providers. U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) Application Portal Now Open

Eligible entities may be live venue operators or promoters, theatrical producers, live performing arts organization operators, museum operators, motion picture theatre operators or owners, and talent representatives, per the Economic Aid Act. SVOG has a set-aside of $2 billion for small businesses with 50 or fewer employees. Go to SVOG Application Portal @ Use this checklist to make sure you have everything you need to complete your application. Use additional applicant resources, such as the FAQ. For technical assistance such as a password reset, browser suggestions, or how to use the multi-factor authentication with an app or the QR code, applicants may call 800-659-2955 and follow the prompts to SVOG assistance. WA State COVID-19 Immigrant Relief Fund Grants (Application Deadline May 15, 2021)

Applications will be accepted for the next round of assistance under the Washington COVID-19 Immigrant Relief Fund. These one-time $1,000 grants help workers (18+ years old) who don’t qualify for other types of unemployment or pandemic assistance due to their immigration status.Eligible community members can apply @ or by calling the Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network at 844-724-3737, which is staffed every day 6am-9pm; or by connecting with a DSHS community based partner for assistance.
