How Are Businesses in Lake City Coping?

Lake City Loves It’s Small Businesses

Annie Stocker of Two Dog Yoga:

Having closed the studio Thursday March 12, Two Dog Yoga has transitioned most of their classes to online. They are getting rave reviews about how it is going. With a huge drop in attendance, canceled workshops, concerts, rentals and other services the financial impact has been very significant. “But all hands and more are helping…it is so heart warming to feel the generosity of so many! Riding the wave”, says Annie.

Two Dog is also working with neighborhood leaders to bring online classes to those that took their free neighborhood chair yoga classes. As always we have financial aid for those who would like help paying for any Two Dog classes.”

Two Dog Testimonials:
“I want to thank you and the rest of the studio for offering classes in this creative remote way these days. To be able to experience Rainey’s loving, gentle teaching from home today was grounding and helped me feel reconnected to the rhythms of the natural world and to neighbors not far away, practicing from their homes too.”

“Another great online class this morning, thank you! It is starting to feel more “normal” now. My husband is happy because it helps me so much both with my physical body and to maintain a positive attitude.” Jane M

“Thank you Annie, Rainey and Wendy for offering your time and energy via zoom to teach your yoga classes online. They have been a god-send for me. Not only is this a nerve-wracking time, but also, there are some tough things going on for me personally right now that have me feeling frenetic. Through your online zoom classes, I have been able to find peace, relaxation, calm, and space so that I can move through my day with hope and joy. Thank you thank you thank you and namaste!”  Carol W
